Technical Assistance

The establishment of technical assistance services aims to support local authorities within the framework of the advent of decentralization in our southern countries. In addition to support for good governance, local elections, participatory budgeting, and the strengthening of citizen participation in Africa, we have operated changes in several African countries, notably Tunisia, Libya, Morocco, Cameroon, Niger, Madagascar, and the DRC.

The objective is also to participate in improving the quality of public services, concerning the supply of drinking water, public lighting, roads, sanitation services, etc., as well as support for strategies to mobilize municipalities' own resources to improve local finances.

Our support also involves the development of local development plans and medium- and long-term sustainable development strategies within the framework of a shared strategic vision that includes citizens.

Our support also involves strengthening the municipal project management to better respond to the real needs of the population and urban land users.
